Vintage Circle P Fashion 10" Tall High Heeled Fashion Teen Doll (stain issues)

Very pretty Vintage Circle P Girl Fashion 10" tall doll
Unsure if Miss Coty, a clone  or another popular circle P maker
Doll is marked on neck P within a circle
She has a one piece vinyl body construction, sleepy eyes with hard black lashes. rooted platinum blond color hair with a chin length cut, red lips, and nails and toenails painted red with good color
Her sleepy eyes are clear but both stick and eyelids have some minor paint loss.
She is dressed in a Vintage cotton red bodice colored sundress with a multi-colored polka dot bottom that ties at the neck, red high heeled shoes, red underwear (red fabric has discoloration & elastic waistband is stretched out) and a blue petticoat (waistband is stretched out and sheer fabric has some red discoloration)
Clothes are unmarked and not sure if they are original to the doll but are vintage
Clothes could use a cleaning and show wear.
Doll is in good vintage condition except for some red stain issues from her clothing on the buttocks and stomach area; the red discoloration appears to be from the strong red dye in the underwear I don't know how to lighten or remove the stains without  damaging the vinyl.
When she is dressed, she displays beautifully as shown in the photo.
